As we prepared for the Easter season, we organized a truly special community afternoon at our kindergarten this year: we invited families to join us for a traditional Easter egg decorating workshop. We were delighted that so many participants joined us to discover and revive the beauty of traditional Easter egg decoration together.
During the creative workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn the traditional technique of decorating eggs using wax and special writing tools. Both children and adults enthusiastically tried creating patterns and admired how the beautiful traditional motifs came to life on the eggs. Around the tables, a warm and creative atmosphere emerged, filled with conversations, laughter, and inspiring ideas that made the time spent together even more memorable.
We were especially happy that the event became more than just a craft activity — it turned into a true community experience. Families had the chance to relax, create together, and reconnect with Easter traditions. The friendly atmosphere was enriched by pleasant conversations, delicious snacks, and a cozy evening spent together.
By the end of the afternoon, many beautiful and unique Easter eggs had been created, becoming not only part of the holiday preparations but also treasured reminders of the joyful moments shared together.
